LS 4 Jet Neo Charter in Worcester
M&D Flugzeugbau has made itself a name as the developer of the EASA certified Jet engine MD-TJ 42 which is widely use in the Jonker Sailplanes types JS 1 and JS 3. At the same time, the company offers a conversion of older aircraft to a „Jet Standard“ - including the EASA type certification for example for the LS 4.
The demonstrator of such a LS 4-JET is now on offer for charter in Worcester, South Africa. The aircraft is equipped with NEO winglets and fully equipped with Stefly Open Source glide computer and all accessories. The Jet engine allows for an endurance of up to 300 km. Charter cost is 950 Euro per week with the aircraft being stationed in Worcester from the beginning of November 2024 until the end of January 2025.
Worcester offers perfect conditions for long flights in thermal ridge lift along the coastal mountains as well as wave conditions. The town offers a good infrastructure and tourism opportunities and is situated in the vineyards of the Breede Valley. The international airport of Cape Town is 1.5 hours by car.
