Custom Filters

Announcing Custom Filters - see what interests you the most at a glance.

A lot of feedback we receive concerns the many filter options that WeGlide provides. While people love the ability to search for flights with any kind of combinations of different filters, they often find it a bit cumbersome to type in the same filters every day.

This should be made easier by choosing custom filters for your profile. They will be displayed on the right hand side of the start page and you can cycle through them by using the arrow buttons. You will then see the ranking of the last day where there was flying activity related to your filter. So while 'Daily best' might already show some flights from Australia, you can still see the latest results from e.g. Rhineland-Palatinate.

But custom filters are not limited to regions, you can choose your club, your local airfield or maybe just the scoring class that interests you most.

All you need to do is sign into your account and click on the little 'Customize' button which you can see on the above picture. You can then choose up to four filters. The ordering of the filters will match the ordering that is displayed on your front page.

And while you're onto it - make sure to also add a profile picture and a small bio.

We are still experiencing caching issues on some browsers, so if you don't see this feature yet, make sure you have the latest version of WeGlide by emptying your browsers cache.
